Natalia is gentle, warm and has a an aura that makes you relax right from the very moment you meet. The experience is peaceful and meditative it makes you slow down and listen to your body and Natalia guides you into this lovely sense of calm. I would recommend the session as a wonderful way to step away from the chaos that often becomes our day to day and lets you take time to breathe relax and destress. By the end of the session you are in a lovely space calm and balanced.
